• To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods/food and beverages), returns can only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged during transit.

2. Return Process

• Return shipping costs are free of charge for defective or damaged products.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
