Big complex aroma with hints of citrus fruits, melon and watermelon. Offers an intense ride through floral going into fruity, then finishes with a hoppy bitterness. Utterly combined with roasted meat and in general with salty or spicy food tastes rich in seasoning and spices.

AMMOUSA Tropical Stout with vanilla & coffee

The fruitiness of this dark, creamy stout marks it out from the crowd - choc ice notes underlie the creaminess. It can be accompanied with red meat in a sweet or spicy sauce but it can also accompany perfectly a platter of cheese or even a shellfish platter. Alternatively, it can be accompanied with moist pudding or chocolate souffle.
